Thank you for shopping with Slayed Strands Collective! Because our luxury alternative hair pieces require careful quality checks and custom handling, our standard shipping timeframe is 2–3 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order to ensure it meets our highest standards. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your new hair! We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item.

Due to strict hygiene regulations regarding alternative hair, wigs and toppers cannot be returned if:

• The lace has been cut, altered, or customized
• The hair has been washed, colored, or heat-styled
• The original tags, packaging, or security bands have been removed

How to Start a Return
