14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your new hair! We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your item.
Due to strict hygiene regulations regarding alternative hair, wigs and toppers cannot be returned if:
The lace has been cut, altered, or customized
The hair has been washed, colored, or heat-styled
The original tags, packaging, or security bands have been removed
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or your piece arrived damaged, we will arrange an exchange or full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
